NAB has recovered almost 41 billion rupee from Touqir Nasir, during a physical remand and its the highest amount being recovered from a individual in the history of Pakistan.
Touqir Sadia, Former Chairman Of Oil And Regulatory Authority, is still under remand as the recovery of 34 billion rupee is still pending.
NAB has informed a TV channel that the recovery of the amount is their top priority and Touqir Sadiq was presented to court on Friday for the purpose of investigation and NAB also wrote letters to OGRA saying that all the past records of corruption to be provided so that investigations could be continued, and the amount could be recovered.
NAB got the remand for 90 days but they completed their remand in 38 days.
Touqir Sadiq was blamed for corruption in OGRA of round about 83 billion rupee, and he was brought back in Pakistan from Abu Dhabi as per orders from the Supreme Court.
Its a time for new revolution in Pakistan.
